Remote PC Help

I'm Julian Robbins — a one-person shop in Little Rock. You deal with me directly (no call center, no ticket farm). Remote Windows help for home PCs and small business / commercial machines over Chrome Remote Desktop or Parsec. You stay home.

Cash App only. No house calls.

What I help with

• Windows problems (updates, drivers, slow PC, random errors)
• Printers
• Wi-Fi / basic network stuff
• Discord bots
• Google Drive sync
• Cleanup (startup junk, bloat, free space)
• Small business / commercial PCs — same remote deal (workstations, shared printers, office Wi-Fi headaches)
• Data recovery from failing drives (clicking, slow, won't boot)
• Dell laptops (and similar) — remote software anytime; hardware depends on the model. If you supply the parts, mail the machine in (or drop off) and I'll do the swap — or I walk you through it remote. No parts stock yet (Parts People / uBreakiFix later)

Hardware (RAM, drives, screens, etc.): you buy/supply the part for your model. Mail-in or local drop-off for installs; remote walkthrough if you'd rather keep the machine. No parts inventory on my end yet.

Data recovery: remote if the bad drive isn't the one Windows runs on. If it is, mail it in. Mailed drives come back as files in your own Google Drive folder or a passcode-locked download. No guarantees on a dying drive.

Business work is still remote only, Cash App, same prices unless we agree something else up front.

How it works

1. Pay on Cash App ($lightsnipe) — note: REMOTE HELP + what's wrong
2. Text me (new people: text first, don't call cold)
3. I send a CRD code or Parsec invite — you accept on your PC
4. I fix it, you disconnect

FAQ

Safe?
You run CRD or Parsec. You can disconnect whenever. Don't send passwords in chat.

In person?
No. Remote only.

Can't fix it?
I'll say so. On a $25 quick-fix, if we can't do the thing remotely, we figure refund or switch to timed before I keep going.

Mac / phone / console?
Windows first. Mac maybe. Phones and consoles usually no.

Who?
Memegames Help is just me — Julian Robbins — under memegames.net. One-man band: same person you text is the one on remote. Not Dorcy Services LLC, not a franchise.

About

Solo operator. Real résumé highlights — not a helpdesk script:

• Hands-on IT / AV, 5+ years — PCs, Windows imaging, Dell, malware cleanup, data recovery
• UAMS onsite workstation install team; Best Buy / Manada home installs + Starlink; DirecTV / satellite assist
• Networking AAS (UA-PTC) — cabling, Windows, basic AD / Linux

Risks (read this)

Shipping and hardware work can go wrong. Murphy's law applies. I'm one person — I'll be straight with you.

• Back up your data before you ship or before we touch the drive. I'm not responsible for data loss.
• I'm not responsible for shipping damage, carrier loss, or damage that shows up during/after repair when you understood the risks.
• You ship at your own risk. Pack it like it matters. Track the package.
• Remote can't fix every broken board. If it's beyond remote or the quoted window, I'll stop and say so.

If you're not okay with that, stick to remote-only or don't send the machine.

Full mail-in agree-to: Mail-in terms — read it before you ship. Shipping = you agree. Address only after you say you read it + payment.
