1. You supply the parts (or we agree in writing first). I don't stock parts yet.
2. Back up your data before you ship. I'm not responsible for data loss.
3. Shipping risk is yours — pack it well, insure it if you want, keep tracking. I'm not responsible for carrier damage or loss.
4. Repair risk — hardware work can fail (Murphy's law). I'm not responsible for damage that happens during or after repair when you understood these risks.
5. Pay first for the agreed rate on Cash App $lightsnipe, note REMOTE HELP (or MAIL-IN if we said that).
6. No house calls. Mail-in or local drop-off only if we set that up.
7. If you don't agree, don't ship. Use remote-only instead.
